Outdoor Meeting Season
May 12th marks our first outdoor
meeting of the year. Dinner reservations are not required.

Fly Tying Resources
The 2008
Fly Tying Classes were a big success. You can still access the
2008 Beginner and
Advanced Fly Tying Class Recipes. Thanks to Bob Hazlett, MVFF Fly Tying Chair; Bob Cain, Beginner's Class
Chair and Assistant Instructor; and, Bill "Woody" Woodward, Beginner's Class
Instructor for all their hard work.
The
Casual Fly Tying Schedule for the remainder of 2008 is now available.
Right now it will only be held at Gander Mountain.

New Reference Page
A
new page has been added to the site -see the link to the left. This page will
include articles and tips submitted by our members. There is a wealth
of useful knowledge among our membership and this addition will be a
valuable resource.

New links have been added on the Links page, including the
GLC of FFF, Briarwood Club, The Natural Resource and USGS Real-Time Water
Data.


Mad River Habitat Improvement
The
Madmen Chapter of Trout Unlimited along with volunteers from area fly
fishing clubs have been carrying out in-stream/riparian habitat improvement
activities, in cooperation with the Upper Mad River Watershed Group.
You can get info on scheduled workdays on the
TU Madmen site.
